1. What Darify is
Darify is a marketplace connecting clients in Tunisia with independent technicians (electricians, plumbers, tutors, and more). Technicians publish their own listings; clients request bookings through the app. Darify does not perform the services itself.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and verify it before posting gigs, booking, saving technicians, or messaging. You choose a client or technician role at signup; role changes are handled by support. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
3. Booking policy
Booking requests start as pending. The technician accepts or declines; either side can cancel an active booking. After the service, the client pays the technician directly in cash — Darify processes no money. The client then confirms completion (or reports a no-show) from their bookings list, and completed bookings can be reviewed.
4. Technician terms
By publishing a gig you confirm that the information provided is accurate, that you are qualified to perform the advertised work, and that you will honor confirmed bookings or decline them promptly. Listings with false information may be removed.
5. Acceptable use
No spam, fraud, harassment, or sharing of contact details to move bookings off the platform. Jobs arranged outside Darify are not covered by no-show protection. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
